  • Do I have to make any long term commitment?

    No, you do not have to make any long term commitment.  The commitment is one month at a time.

  • Can I cancel anytime?

    Yes, you can cancel anytime.  The commitment is one month at a time.  There is no refund for the remainder of the month if you cancel before the end of the monthly service period.

  • How much does it cost?

  • What does NRT Online include:

    A NRT Online subscription includes:

    • Full use of NRT Online features (except for source code integration)
    • Automatic updates at no extra cost
    • Automatic data backup

  • Is Source Code Integration included?

    No

  • How is the site secured?

    The system is physically secured behind locked doors.  The system runs behind a firewall.  Users need to know the full URL, user id, and password to access the system.  Customers can also request that IP filtering be set up, so that only browsers from the customers' TCP/IP address can access the system. Operating system updates are regularly applied.

  • How is transmission secured between sites i.e. what level of Internet security is used.?

    SSL encryption is available as an option.

  • Would NetResults Tracker complete a non-disclosure agreement?

    Yes

  • What is the back-up policy?

    Regular daily backup.  A customer can also request that a special backup be performed and have the data shipped to the customer.  There is a fee for each specially requested backup.

  • Who has access to the systems?

    Only a couple of NetResults engineers have physical access to the system.

  • What redundancies have you in place?

    Redundant hardware and software are maintained.

  • What is your DR Plan - provide a copy?

    We can't provide a copy for security reason; however, generally speaking it involves backup and redundant hardware, on-site and off-site.

  • What level of technical support is available?

    Standard support (included in base price) is email-based, 5 am to 5 pm Pacific Time.  Additional support can be requested from our Professional Service group.

  • When is the system off line - during backups / maintenance?

    Regular maintenance and backups run in the background.  Customers will be notified if additional scheduled maintenance is required.

  • What antivirus / firewall procedures are in place, who maintains them and who is responsible to the infection of files / systems from viruses?

    The system runs behind a firewall.  The system is regularly scanned for virus.  No email is received at the servers.

  • What compensation is there for system outages, loss of connectivity?

    You pay month-to-month for the NRT Online service.  If you are not happy with the service, you can cancel the service without early termination fee.  No customer has ever cancelled for service issue.
